We reserve the right to refuse anyone, at any time, access or use of this Website in whole or in part. IXIAN may do this if it is reasonably assumed that: (i) you have violated these Terms, (ii) there is a possible legal risk or exposure of IXIAN; or (iii) our provision of access to the Website is no longer economically or socially acceptable. All the above stated belongs to IXIAN and is its sole property, including all the material rights on the texts, graphics, content, trademarks, databases, etc. created by third party contractors, employees, IXIAN consultants, and other IXIAN partners. You can use IXIAN without our explicit consent as a reference in case you refer to technical, legal or advisory services that have already been provided by IXIAN. Terms of use shall come into effect from the moment you enter IXIAN website and expire when you stop using it or when these Terms expire.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of Estonia. The parties shall strive to solve all disputes in a consentual way. If that shall not be possible, the courts of Estonia shall have the exclusive jurisdicition to solve the dispute.
